Project Overview

Mr. Watts contacted me with a request to design a monogram for his initials, P, W, and J, prior to the release of his first book, Prodigal Father. The P and the W intertwine, with the J as a subtle part of the W letter form, to form a solid, bold monogram. As can happen sometimes in the process, when we presented the options to Peter, we found that we had landed on an unintentionally significant moment that resonated deeply with Peter. His response was that the subtlety of the J spoke of his journey of reconciliation with his own father, something that we had not known about when we began. It solidified that this was the right choice for him.
